Why likethekar? A nickname born from years of introductions, mispronunciations, and the inevitable question: “Kit, like the car right?”

Fun Fact: I got my start in fashion.

I dove right in! Styling, streetwear, tech-packs, creating collections based on Pantone ‘color of the year’, sourcing fabrics, accessory design, etc. I went from junior designer to senior designer (men’s premium"), and showroom manager in just a couple years. It was a labour of love, and taught me how to navigate clients and finesse my way into a few doors.

I transitioned into nightlife entertainment practically overnight (no pun intended), live-streaming events, dance / EDM, marketing and promotion. I had a connect at William Morris for freelance, and worked that gig until I transitioned into agency life. My first crush was VaynerMedia, and still remains as one of the most impactful jobs I’ve had to this day.

Over a decade later, I’m a multi-hyphenate Creative Director with experience in both entertainment and digital media, specializing in art direction, brand design, social and visual communication.
