Celebrating its 70th anniversary, the French-founded Italian luxury fashion house Moncler has unveiled a new collection titled “Extraordinary Forever,” as well as a 70-day program of special events and brand experiences around the world. The art announcement was projected onto the Maritime hotel in October 2022 to commemorate Moncler's 70th anniversary show.

As visual lead, my direction was to go from archive to animation. So, rather than treating Moncler's 70 years of archived photographs as flat compositions, I began to deconstruct them into layers: separating foreground figures, from the environments. Introducing subtle shifts in scale, depth, and perspective. The archival photos were transformed into sequences of mirrored historical moments by yours truly. The opening climber’s sequence was rendered by the R/GA LATAM studio team, using Cinema 4D.

Moments that were once frozen in time, now began to live and breathe again.
